Thomas Attivissimo, CCIM is the CEO of Greiner-Maltz Co. of Long Island. He as been a Commercial Real Estate Professional for over 35 years and manages a team of seasoned professionals. Tom has expertise in all aspects of the Commercial Realty Value chain including an engineering/finance background and holds the coveted CCIM designation, validating his position as a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He carefully matches the needs of clients with ideal locations. Though Tom utilizes publicly available data metrics to advise his clients, he and his team have cultivated a proprietary database of market reports, statistical analyses and other metrics which have helped in making crucial decisions. Professionals and clients alike rely on these proprietary data sources to make informed, strategic transactions.

As a result, he has been involved with sales and lease negotiations of office and industrial facilities for mid-size and large corporations such as FedEx, Fortunoff, Fedders Islandaire (division of Fedders air-conditioning), PC Richards, and New York Times. Tom has been involved with the negotiations of options, lease extensions, tax-deferred exchanges, sale-leasebacks, exclusive tenant representations for site selections, and redevelopment and repositioning assets. Tom has successfully concluded transactions with an aggregate of over $1.1 Billion during his 30 plus years with Greiner-Maltz.
